I on Energy
Technology has no doubt brought the world closer, but it seems to have taken us further away from ourselves. While technology helps save time, we end up piling on more tasks in that time. Many of us believe that time is of essence and hence we try and make the most of it. Keeping ourselves busy through various tasks has taken priority over appreciating the things we do. Slowing down, being aware, and understanding the mind-body connection is the need of the hour. Mindfulness and managing energy are contemporary smart skills needed for better professional and personal growth. The focus of this experiential workshop would be on the “I” in the high energy. The participants would get to experience theater and movement, to find ways to build their energy reserves. They will get to reflect on how to overcome the “rust out” syndrome and also to thrive and succeed.
